hehe a vecctor is when you make an illustration in a image editor program (photoshop, illustrator, etc..)
you can redraw a scan and repaint it, whe you trace a vector the lines never get pixelated (just when you export them to a picture format (jpg, bmp, etc..)) well guess that is a vector
